Forming machine

Roll press machine is the key equipment in the production line of briquette. CXJ series Roll press machine is driven by motor and transmitted by belt. After decelerating by the reducer, synchronous gear drives the two mixing shafts to rotate in opposite directions. Under the action of gravity and centrifugal force, the compacted material is stripped off from the machine.
Structure Characteristics :
1. molding rollers of the forming machine comes with the most advanced elastic sleeve inserting structure of domestic China which is developed by our factory. Field assembly and disassembly are very easy and can be finished within 2-3 hours. It can avoid lock of roller sheet and wheel hub due to interference fit. In addition, if the roller sheet shall be replaced, there is no need to send it to the manufacturer to eject the roller sheet for replacement. Therefore it saves cost, freight charge and time.
2. The roller coat is made of high quality alloy steel forgings. After being wholly quenched, its hardness is over HRC60. It is featured in high strength, high wear resistance and long service life.
3. In order to solve problem of material stacking at the material feeding corner, material inlet of the forming machine is equipped with mechanical material poking device and polymer wear resistant andante-blocking lining board. It ensures even distribution of material and avoids stacking of material.
4. The material inlet comes with adjusting plate which adjusts quantity of feeding material and controls forming and compressing ratio of material in the specified range. Granulation rate is over 96%, and its strength is high.
5. The forming machine is equipped with hydraulic cylinder to increase pressure. The accumulator is mounted to the hydraulic system so as to ensure both forming pressure and safety of equipment.
6. The ball socket of different specifications and shapes can be processed according to users' requirements. It has good finish after being grinded and is easily ejected out.
