Coal column extruding machine


Structural Characteristics :
Coal column extruder is a kind of forming equipment which compresses the well prepared pulverized coal to be column or plum blossom shape with certain strength by using principle of screw extrusion.
Coal column extruder is the main equipment of fuel molding section of the system. Fuel pulverized coal is extruded to be the coal column with certain strength (various shapes can be provided according to requirements) which replaces lump coal and is sent to gas-making furnace. It can make full use of pulverized coal so as to reduce fuel cost.
This machine applies variable pitch impeller to push the pulverized coal behind the cylinder. After being compressed in the cylinder, the pulverized coal is extruded out from the circular hole in the front of the machine and forms coal column. The circular hole has many shapes, so coal column can be made to various shapes. Under the action of gravity, coal column is broke when moving forward.
The machine is equipped with hardened gear surface reducer and is featured in compact size and high load capacity. The internal impeller applies thicken blades. The impeller and the interior lining panel of the cylinder are made of wear-resistant and precision casting material, so their service life is 4-5 times than that of common material. The coal column outlet at the machine head is made of replaceable wear-resistant alloy steel, so it is easy to be replaced. Stranding connection is applied to the machine head and the cylinder which can be opened for repairing. The impeller and the interior lining panel of the cylinder are easy to be replaced.
