Forming machine

Roll press machine is the key equipment in the production line of briquette. CXJ series Roll press machine is driven by motor and transmitted by belt. After decelerating by the reducer, synchronous gear drives the two mixing shafts to rotate in opposite directions. Under the action of gravity and centrifugal force, the compacted material is stripped off from the machine.
Structure Characteristics :
1. molding rollers of the forming machine comes with the most advanced elastic sleeve inserting structure of domestic China which is developed by our factory. Field assembly and disassembly are very easy and can be finished within 2-3 hours. It can avoid lock of roller sheet and wheel hub due to interference fit. In addition, if the roller sheet shall be replaced, there is no need to send it to the manufacturer to eject the roller sheet for replacement. Therefore it saves cost, freight charge and time.
2. The roller coat is made of high quality alloy steel forgings. After being wholly quenched, its hardness is over HRC60. It is featured in high strength, high wear resistance and long service life.
3. In order to solve problem of material stacking at the material feeding corner, material inlet of the forming machine is equipped with mechanical material poking device and polymer wear resistant andante-blocking lining board. It ensures even distribution of material and avoids stacking of material.
4. The material inlet comes with adjusting plate which adjusts quantity of feeding material and controls forming and compressing ratio of material in the specified range. Granulation rate is over 96%, and its strength is high.
5. The forming machine is equipped with hydraulic cylinder to increase pressure. The accumulator is mounted to the hydraulic system so as to ensure both forming pressure and safety of equipment.
6. The ball socket of different specifications and shapes can be processed according to users' requirements. It has good finish after being grinded and is easily ejected out.

Structural Characteristics :
Coal column extruder is a kind of forming equipment which compresses the well prepared pulverized coal to be column or plum blossom shape with certain strength by using principle of screw extrusion.
Coal column extruder is the main equipment of fuel molding section of the system. Fuel pulverized coal is extruded to be the coal column with certain strength (various shapes can be provided according to requirements) which replaces lump coal and is sent to gas-making furnace. It can make full use of pulverized coal so as to reduce fuel cost.
This machine applies variable pitch impeller to push the pulverized coal behind the cylinder. After being compressed in the cylinder, the pulverized coal is extruded out from the circular hole in the front of the machine and forms coal column. The circular hole has many shapes, so coal column can be made to various shapes. Under the action of gravity, coal column is broke when moving forward.
The machine is equipped with hardened gear surface reducer and is featured in compact size and high load capacity. The internal impeller applies thicken blades. The impeller and the interior lining panel of the cylinder are made of wear-resistant and precision casting material, so their service life is 4-5 times than that of common material. The coal column outlet at the machine head is made of replaceable wear-resistant alloy steel, so it is easy to be replaced. Stranding connection is applied to the machine head and the cylinder which can be opened for repairing. The impeller and the interior lining panel of the cylinder are easy to be replaced.

The ever-popular Boe-Bot(R) Full Kit is now available with a USB-compatible Board of Education (BOE) - at no additional cost to the consumer! Programming the BASIC Stamp via USB is an elegant solution for laptops and newer PCs which have no serial ports (no more adapters required!).

We're particularly proud of Andy Lindsay's new Robotics with the Boe-Bot text. The Robotics text includes 41 new activities for the Boe-Bot robot with structured PBASIC 2.5 source code support and bonus challenges with solutions in each chapter. Starting with basic movement and proceeding to sensor-based projects, customers quickly learn how the Boe-Bot is expandable for many different robotic projects. The Boe-Bot robot is built on a high-quality brushed aluminum chassis that provides a sturdy platform for the continuous rotation servo motors and BASIC Stamp's USB Board of Education. Many mounting holes and slots may be used to add custom robotic equipment or off-the-shelf Parallax add-ons. The rear wheel is a slider ball held in place with a cotter pin. Drive wheels are molded to fit precisely on the servo spline and held in place with a small screw.

What really makes the Boe-Bot unique is the BASIC Stamp micro controller's flexibility of programming when coupled with breadboard circuit construction. Following along in Robotics with the Boe-Bot, users quickly learn about embedded projects, from wiring and components to programming and mechanical dependencies. The kit includes a set of passive components (wires, resistors, capacitors), sensors (photo resistors, bumpers, infrared sensors) and hardware (whisker touch-sensor kit) to complete the different projects.

The Boe-Bot robot takes about 1-2 hours to put together, though each project in the Robotics text provides a unique new experience of wiring and source code tuning. Completing the entire set of projects takes 50 hours and is suitable for anybody over 12 years of age. The USB Board of Education (and BS2-IC) may also be removed to be used as your platform for the other kits in the Stamps in Class series.

After mastering the basics, Boe-Bot add-ons let you branch out into new activities, such as making your Boe-Bot talk with a speech board, adding infrared remote control, maze contests, line following, interfacing direction sensors, and using RF modules and video/camera equipment to build a Video-Bot.
